PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impairing of heat transferring characteristic in a heat exchanger by breaking a micelle structure without adding a special member. SOLUTION: In this indirect refrigeration system air conditioner, a resistance reducer is mixed in the cold water W, a tube with an inner groove is applied as a heat transfer tube 11a corresponding to one-path at an inlet side of a use-side heat exchanger 2, the micelle structure created in the water by mixing the resistance reducer into the cold water W is broken in the tube with inner groove applied as the heat transfer tube 11a corresponding to one-path at the inlet side of the use-side heat exchanger 2, and then created again at an outlet side of the use-side heat exchanger 2, thus the micelle structure can be broken without using a special member used in a conventional device.
