摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and sensitively detecting the temperature of refrigerant in a refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: This pressure releasing relief valve 10 is provided in the refrigerating cycle. A valve element 15 energized by a coil spring S has a protruded portion 15b on the lower face, protruded into a valve hole 13. The protruded portion 15b, in which a recessed temperature sensing portion 15c is provided and a thermistor 20 is mounted, is filled with a filler for fixation. A lead wire 21 of the thermistor 20 is pulled through the inner periphery of the coil spring S to the outside. Thus, the relief valve and a temperature sensing means in combination are provided in a limited space without the need for a thermistor mounting hole, separately. The thermistor 20 is located near the refrigerant for easy temperature transfer, and so it accurately and sensitively detects the temperature thereof. The relief valve 10 and the thermistor are formed in one unit, and so they are mounted together at a time.
