PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive shaft for an all terrain vehicle capable of manufacturing at low costs. SOLUTION: In the drive shafts which are equipped for a saddle-riding type vehicle for running on an irregular ground and transmit driving force to wheels via constant velocity universal joints located at inboard and outboard sides, the double offset type constant velocity universal joint is used at an inboard side, and the undercut-free type constant velocity universal joint is used at an outboard side.
