PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote uniform impingement cooling along a front fringe of a rotor blade. SOLUTION: In this rotor blade including a hollow aerofoil and a root part, an internal passage structure is provided in a rotor blade cavity. The structure includes a first radial passage, a second radial passage, and a rib 53 provided between these passages to separate these passages from each other. A plurality of crossing holes 52 are provided in the rib. A part of the plurality of crossing holes 52 forms a long circular shape extending in the rib and having length 70, height 74, and width 72. Height 74 of respective crossing holes 52 having the long circular shape is larger than width 72. In several forms, the crossing holes 52 having the long circular shape are arranged along the rib 53 in the direction of height.
