PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional and compact ground drilling device using vibration and rotation capable of facilitating maintenance. SOLUTION: This ground drilling device 3 is attached to a fixed frame 2 of a drilling machine 1 so as to run. This ground drilling device 3 is a two pipe type drilling device composed of an outer shank 11, a rotary driving device 5 of the outer shank 11, an exciting device 6, a vibration control device 7, an inner rod 8 or the like. These devices other than the inner rod 8 are supported on a base 9 fixed to a running frame 4.
