PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove an odor in a toilet room by an electrostatic atomizer, needless to say to effectively remove an odor and bacteria included in a space in the toilet room, particularly, the odor and the bacteria sticking to a toilet bowl and an indoor wall surface of the toilet room. SOLUTION: This hot water cleaning closet seat has the electrostatic atomizer 6 for performing electrostatic atomization by impressing high voltage between an impression electrode 10 and a counter electrode 9 by a voltage impressing part; and is provided with a human body detecting means for detecting the existence of a person around a closet seat 3; and is provided with a control part 21 for switching the electrostatic atomizer 6 to ON from OFF or to strong operation from weak operation when the human body detecting means detects that the person stays around the closet seat 3 and switching the electrostatic atomizer 6 to OFF from ON or to the weak operation from the strong operation when the human body detecting means detects that the person does not stay around the closet seat 3.
