REINFORCING PANEL BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing panel body which is capable of setting the strength adaptable for a wall body having a predetermined height and of setting the sufficient mounting/fixing strength of the surface without increasing the thickness of the panel. SOLUTION: A reinforcing stud 5 is brought into contact with and fitted to the panel 1 and the angle between a fixing shaft of a fixing pin 8 and a surface of a panel 1 except the recessed channel part 3 is made to be 15°to 75°by which the fitting part 6 is fixed to the channel part 3 while imparting good workability and maintaining a high holding force. The reinforcing stud 5 is fitted and fixed to a whole longitudinal area or a whole across-the-width area of the panel 1 whereby the rigid reinforcing panel body 7 sufficiently reinforced in the longitudinal or the width direction of the panel 1 is obtained in a simple process and at a low cost of manufacturing without increasing the thickness of the panel. The reinforcing panel body 7 properly reinforced by fitting and fixing the reinforcing stud 5 at a position of outside loading applied to the lightweight and thin panel 1 is obtained. A surface of the reinforcing stud 5 to be fixed to the panel 1 is in conformity with the surface of the panel 1 except the channel part 3, and the outer diametrical dimension of the reinforcing panel body 7 is the same as that of the panel 1 whereby workability is improved and neat finishing work on the surface is carried out efficiently.
