PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope falling rock protective structure superior in workability for stably fixing a corner part of nets, while easily installing the nets. SOLUTION: A plurality of nets 11 and 11 composed of a synthetic resin are juxtaposed, to cover a slope with these nets 11 and 11. The nets 11 have a rope material 16 being an edge rope material on the four sides, and have a fixture 21 for installing the corner part 11K of the nets 11 on the slope. The nets and a rope can be simultaneously arranged by juxtaposing a plurality of nets 11 having the rope material 16, and the workability is improved. The corner part 11K of the plurality of nets 11 can be efficiently fixed by having a locking shaft for locking the corner part 11K of the nets 11.
