PAPER STOCK-BEATING PULPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper stock-beating pulper affording high-quality fibrillated fibers, carrying out beating at a high concentration and achieving space saving and labor saving in a disintegrating/beating treatment step. SOLUTION: The paper stock-beating pulper is composed of a bottomed cylindrical tank 1 and a beater 3 having a stator 31 fixed to the bottom center of the tank 1 and a rotating rotor 32 arranged on the top surface thereof. The beater 3 is equipped with a shroud 33 in the central opening of the rotating rotor 32 and a rotating shaft 5 passing through the center of the stator 31 and having the tip located in the center of the rotating rotor 32. Pushing blades 6 are formed between the shroud 33 and the tip of the rotating shaft. A cylindrical guide cylinder 7 is formed above the shroud 33 and a screw blade 8 is formed on the outer periphery of the guide cylinder 7. The paper stock-beating pulper is composed of the rotating shaft 5 coupled to the rotating rotor 32 and extending to the lower side of the tank 1 and a jack apparatus 9 for lifting and lowering the rotating shaft 5 in the shaft direction.
