PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation module which can compactly compose a multi-tank inline cleaning apparatus. SOLUTION: The rotation module 1 to be used for constituting the multi-tank inline cleaning apparatus has a pair of front and rear circular end plates 2 and 3 and a partition plate 4 which is arranged between the circular end plates so as to swirl from an outer circumferential side to the center, wherein a spiral passage 15 is sectioned and formed by the end plates and the partition plate, so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to a center axis 1a, and an axial passage 17 is formed by an arc-forming plate part 7 of a central side of the partition plate 4, and a feed fin 8 which helically extends in a direction of the center axis 1a along the inner surface 7a of the arc-forming plate part 7. When a workpiece is charged into the rotation module 1 through a slit 16 located at a peripheral edge of the spiral passage 15, and the rotation module 1 is rotated, the rotation module 1 feeds the workpiece into the central side along the spiral passage 15, then sends it out to an exhaust port 11 along the axial passage 17 by using the feed fin 8, and discharges it.
