PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance by surely bringing an elastic seal cup into elastic contact with an attaching hole of a wheel house outer without using a ring spring as far as possible. SOLUTION: A thick part 42 having a seal part 45 brought into elastic contact with the wheel house outer 2, and a pressure receiving part 44 extending from the thick part 42 to an inner peripheral direction and brought into elastic contact with an inlet filler pipe 1 are formed on one end part of an elastic seal member 4. The pressure receiving part 44 presses the thick part 42, and thereby the seal part 45 is constituted to be brought into elastic contact with the wheel house outer 2.
