PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle movement regulating device which is capable of reliably regulating the movement of a vehicle and rapidly installed. SOLUTION: The vehicle movement regulating device comprises one rolling element arrangement member 2 in which rolling elements 122, 128, 20, 21 to be rolled by the contact with a wheel W rotating in the advancing direction are arranged, and the other rolling element arrangement member 3 in which rolling elements to be rolled by the contact with the wheel W rotating in the retracting direction are arranged. One rolling element arrangement member 2 and the other rolling element arrangement member 3 face each other via a space in which the wheels W are interposed, and only the rolling element arrangement members on one side are connected to each other by a connection member 4 substantially parallel to the moving direction of the vehicle.
