PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate spatters by means of a simple structure without needing to interrupt MIG (metal inert gas) welding. SOLUTION: A torch 10 is equipped with a gas nozzle 30 which supplies shielding gas to a workpiece, a tip 34 which is placed on the axis of the gas nozzle 30 and feeds an electrode wire 18 to the workpiece W from the center portion, and a rotor 36 which is pivoted on the tip 34 and is free to turn. The rotor 36 is equipped with a plurality of vanes 40 which are connected to a bearing 38 pivoted by the tip 34 and are subjected to turning force owing to the stream of the shielding gas, an annular body 42 which connects the tips of the respective vanes 40, and a plate 44 for eliminating spatters which extends axially along the inner face of the gas nozzle 30.
