Housing (18) of holder contains inside support (15), to which is linked top end of post (12). Inside support is fitted cylindrical case (13) able to assume three positions. In first position case is coupled to post for corotation of housing, case and post, i.e. first movement.Movement of case in axial direction of housing in support provides second movement. Swivel of housing in relation of case defines third movement. Typically casing can be moved in axial direction of housing, i.e. fourth movement after housing swivel. Further motions are specified.
