PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce associated cost of respective players and burden on a user in an attribute information output device. SOLUTION: When attribute information is not present in an attribute information managing part 12, a control part 11 takes out attribute definition information from an attribute information output request. When a self-device satisfies a declarer condition included in attribute definition information, an attribute condition verifying part 14 decides the attribute condition included in the attribute definition information. When the creation of the attribute information is decided as being possible, an attribute information creating part 15 creates the attribute information and returns it to a request source. When the self-device does not satisfy the declarer condition and a subject person that the attribute information output request designates matches the possessor of the self-device, the attribute information is acquired and subject person verifying information which can verify that the subject person of the attribute information matches the possessor of the device is created.
