<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning roller bearing device, surely preventing the occurrence of seizure between an outer ring and an alignment ring even if the supply of a lubricant between the outer ring and the alignment ring is short in the aligning roller bearing device used in a support roll of continuous casting equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In this alignment roller bearing, the outer peripheral surface 2a of a spherical outer ring 2 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface 4a of a recessed spherical alignment ring 4. A hard coating such as a DLC film 5 is formed on at least one of the outer ring outer peripheral surface 2a and the alignment ring inner peripheral surface 4a, whereby even if the lubricant between them becomes short, seizure between both can be prevented by excellent tribological quality of the hard coating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
