<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly dose an affected part in vivo with a medicine by utilizing the result of diagnosis by a proven diagnostic apparatus etc. <P>SOLUTION: The capsule dosing system 1 to be provided comprises a capsule type medical device 10 with a medicament holder part, a medicament releasing part for releasing the medicament held by the medicament holder part and a communication part for transmitting/receiving signals with the outside, an external device 35 with an external communication part for transmitting/receiving signals with the capsule type medical device 10, a condition input part for inputting a condition for operating the medicament releasing part in the external device 35, an information acquisition part for acquiring the information to be compared with the condition inputted by the condition input part, and a comparison part for comparing the information acquired by the information acquisition part and the condition inputted by the condition input part.
