PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely restrain the occurrence of a ghost by surely totally reflecting video light. SOLUTION: The Fresnel lens 30 is equipped with a Fresnel lens part 33 positioned on the incident surface side of a lens main body 31. The Fresnel lens part 33 is equipped with an incident surface 35 refracting and orienting incident light toward a total reflection surface 36, and the total reflection surface 36 totally reflecting the incident light refracted by the incident surface 35 to adjust the direction thereof.
