PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest a compact and simple method as a means to move a phase plate and a diffusion element with which a light transmissive member is rocked as a substitute to rotation with the power of a motor. SOLUTION: Transmissive light which is made incident on a light transmissive plane is moved in parallel to an optical axis by driving a movable part with respect to a supporting substrate by driving the movable part.
