PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin imaging lens device equipped with a compact zoom lens system, which has high performance to satisfy high image quality. SOLUTION: The imaging lens device is equipped with a photographic lens system TL forming the optical image of an object, and an imaging device SR converting the optical image into an electrical signal, includes a prism PR for bending an optical path to the photographic lens system TL, and satisfies a conditional expression: Ndp>1.9 (Ndp: the refractive index of the prism PR to a d-line).
