PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove top plate with an exhaust hood having good durability without impairing the appearance viewed from a cooker side when using a cooking stove, and to provide the cooking stove and an exhaust hood unit. SOLUTION: The cooking stove top plate covering the upper face of the cooking stove 1 and having a burner opening 5 for a cooking stove burner 2 and an exhaust port 6 for exhausting gas from a heating box comprises the exhaust hood 17 extending from the front edge of the exhaust port 6 to the backward upper side and an exhaust hood protecting plate 18 provided on the lower face side of the exhaust hood 17 via an existing air layer.
