PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and easy-to-use electric heating cooker reducing heat deformation and having a tray. SOLUTION: This electric heating cooker is provided with an inner case 50 forming a heating chamber 51 with an opening 50a on the front face; a door for opening/closing the opening 50a; upper and lower heaters 52, 53 for heating inside of the inner case 50; and the dish-shaped tray 55 on which cooking objects are placed and which are heated by the upper and lower heaters 52, 53. The tray 55 is formed by being drawn to have an approximately rectangular shape, and includes a projecting part 57 drawn to have a track circle shape on the central part of the bottom face. The entire face of the bottom face is molded while receiving tensile stress at the time of drawing. With this, even when a cooking object is placed on the tray 55 and heated at the time of cooking, the heating causes only small deformation of the tray 55.
