PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking device, wherein a tray on which raw foods are placed can be automatically put in or out with the operation of a button switch or the like. SOLUTION: The heating cooking device (a grill 10) has a heating cooking box (a grill box) 11 and the tray 15 on which cooked objects are placed and which is put in or out of the heating cooking box. It comprises a movable table 12 on which the tray 15 is placed, a guide mechanism 14 arranged in the heating cooking box at both sides for guiding the movable table 12 in the direction of putting the tray in or out, drive mechanisms (a rack 17, a pinion 18, a rotating shaft 19, a worm wheel 25, a worm gear 26 and a motor 23) for moving the movable table 12 in the direction of putting it in or out, and a control means for controlling the drive of the drive mechanisms to automatically put the moving table in or out.
