摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid increase of dimension of a pulley unit (power transmission device) when improving rotation fluctuation absorbing performance of, for example, a pulley (outside annular body) and a rotor shaft (inside annular body) due to a torsion spring coil arranged between both the annular bodies. SOLUTION: This power transmission device is structured by respectively connecting both ends of the torsion spring coil 4 wound around the rotor shaft (inside annular body) 3 to the pulley 2 and the rotor shaft 3 and integrally coating the torsion coil spring 4 with a vibration damping material 15.
