PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that folding fans, fans and electric fans have been provided as a portable means for easily having cool but the conventional measures diffuse wind and send air to an exposed skin and can not send fresh ambient air to certain positions such as an inside of clothes. SOLUTION: A battery, a motor and a fan are stored in a cylindrical housing and this mechanism can send air from a side or a front end of the housing. This is easy to be put inside clothes and is conveniently portable. A fan cover made rotary so as to allow a fan opening to be variable in size and to be switched to the front end.
