PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the storable number of cars by reducing empty segments in a parking space as much as possible, and to shorten the time of delay for taking out the farthest tray as much as possible. SOLUTION: Segment groups 111, 121 having different measurements are adjacent to each other. A plurality of segments 1 which belong to the comparatively larger segment group 111 and are adjacent to the comparatively smaller segment group 121 are shared as common empty segments 10 between the segment groups 111, 121.
