PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rail of a frame of a mount flat and even, to smoothly put a stand into or out of an ashtray port of a vehicle for use, and to overlap two pressing plates on the ceiling and the lower member in the box hole. SOLUTION: A screw groove is formed in the rail and the unevenness is eliminated to allow use so as to smoothly put the stand into or out of the ashtray port of the vehicle and prevent a set screw from projecting the head over the rail. Hook-and-loop fastener is stuck to a flat part of two pressing plates in the box hole, hook-and-loop fastener is also stuck to the ceiling of the box hole, and hence the pressing plates tightly adhere to the ceiling of the box hole, thereby stabilizing an attaching stand body.
