PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle travelling control device capable of stabilizing a vehicle behavior even in the case when another vehicle control works when travelling is controlled in accordance with a distance between a vehicle concerned and a front vehicle. SOLUTION: This vehicle travelling control device to control the travelling of the vehicle concerned in accordance with the distance between the the vehicle and the front vehicle is constituted to stop travelling control to control the travelling of the vehicle concerned in accordance with the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle when the speed of the vehicle is lower than a specified speed and to continue the travelling control when the speed of the vehicle is higher than the specified speed in the case when traction control to reduce driving force of an engine works by idle running of a wheel in the middle of practicing the travelling control.
