PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether or not external teeth are fully engaged with inner teeth while mounting a round reclining device on the cushion frame side and back frame side of a sheet. SOLUTION: Confirmation means 10, 11, 13 for confirming a position of a lever 1 relative to the cushion frame A or the back frame is provided in a lever 1 integrated with a reclining shaft 5 for engaging the external teeth with inner teeth by turning of a cum 51.
