PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the mounting of a display disposed on a passenger seat of an airplane, etc. wherein the display cannot be easily upsized and cannot be easily set under the eyes because of the layout of a table used for serving meals to passengers, and to provide a display and a table providing a user with ease of use and view. SOLUTION: The device is structured to upsize the display and to lower the setting position of the display device as well by setting the display 11 in a hollow bored at the center of the table 12 and setting the spindle 13 of rotation of the display 11 on the table 12.
