PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution tower greening frame safe to passers and easy to green without destroying the function of a powder distribution tower. SOLUTION: This power distribution tower greening frame is such one that flat oblong frames are prepared for a box type power distribution tower C set on a road and set with hanging bolt nuts on the right and left of the upper part, and the frames are each attached to the front, back and right and left sides of the power distribution tower C. Bag-like parts are set on the back side of the end along the lower edge of each of the frames so as to raise plants B in each of the frames through putting soil or water in the bag-like parts.
