The lens (2) has a body with an upper surface (5) that is turned towards a light source and another surface (4) turned against the light source. The light produced from the source is guidable into a main/primary light area. Deformation (20) or an embossing/coinage are provided on the surface (5) to deflect/refract a part of light into an auxiliary light area that is outside the area.
