<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover of an airbag device stabilizing its behavior while reducing its manufacturing cost and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A net body 23 is vibrated and welded between a soft resin made backing member 22 and a hard resin made panel body 21. The net body 23 is arranged in such a way as to straddle over a part to face against a hinge part 34. A latticed rib for welding is formed on the backing member 22. The net body 23 is formed so that a pitch of a mesh becomes different from a pitch of a lattice of the rib for welding by using fiber which does not melt in vibrating welding. It is possible to firmly connect the panel body 21, the backing member 22 and the net body 23 to one another by the melted rib for welding by preventing the net body 23 from dropping into the lattice of the rib for welding in vibrating welding and roughening the surface of the panel body by making the net body 23 slide and contact the surface of the panel body 21. It is possible to stably regulate the deploying behavior of a door part 26 by the net body 23 in deploying the air bag.
