<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating and collecting a large amount of cells for therapeutic angiogenesis, usable for carrying out the therapy by the angiogenesis by injection to a disease site of a human body from a raw material cell sap; and to provide a system for the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for separating and collecting the cells for the therapeutic angiogenesis comprises a capturing step for capturing the cells effective for the angiogenesis by a cell-capturing filter by flowing the raw material sap containing the cells effective for the angiogenesis through the cell-capturing filter obtained by packing a cell-capturing material substantially not capturing erythrocytes but capturing the cells effective for the angiogenesis, and a collecting step for collecting the cells captured by the cell-capturing filter, and repeatedly carries out the capturing and collecting operations including the capturing step and the collecting step by using the same filter.
