PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize a temperature distribution in a longitudinal direction of an insulation board of a heating element pattern formed on the upper surface of the insulation board. SOLUTION: Wiring patterns 14 and 15 are formed in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction of the long flat plate-like insulation board 11 formed of ceramics such as alumina, glass ceramics or a heat-resistant composite material; and a plurality of the heating element patterns 161-166 are formed in parallel with one another between the wiring patterns 14 and 15. Resistance values of the heating element patterns 161-166 are gradually reduced with distance from electrodes 12 and 13 to be supplied with power. Thereby, the temperature distribution of heat generated by the heating element patterns 161-166 can be equalized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
