PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illicit copy of an object (library file or the like) other than an executable module. SOLUTION: An encrypted library file L<SB>2</SB>includes a protect code check procedure for terminating processing in an initialization stage if two protect codes buried in an executable program file are inconsistent. At the time of forming the executable program file, the encrypted library file L<SB>2</SB>is decrypted, and a first protect code C<SB>1</SB>is buried therein (S304). Thereafter, the decoded library file L<SB>2</SB>is linked with an object file M<SB>2</SB>followed by editing, whereby the executable program file is formed (S305). After the used library file L<SB>2</SB>is deleted (S306), a second protect code C<SB>2</SB>having a predetermined relation with the first protect code C<SB>1</SB>is further buried (S307).
