PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a composite body and multilayered component by which defective lamination (delamination) can be suppressed in a multilayered body of thin layer green sheets, and hence the reliability of a wiring board can be improved. SOLUTION: A composite layer 7 consisting of a photosensitive ceramic layer 3 containing at least inorganic powder and photosensitive resin, and a conductor 5 is formed on a support plate 1 having a light transmission rate of 12% or above when exposed at 100 mJ with a mercury lamp as a light source.
