METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN MOLDED OBJECT AND RESIN MOLDED OBJECT MANUFACTURED BY THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molded object with an elaborately finished surface by concentrating a low-density particle on the back of a resin layer without randomly dispersing the particle inside the resin layer, and a resin molded object manufactured by this method. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the resin molded object is to obtain the molded object 4 by molding and curing a resin compound 3 composed of a filler and a curing agent blended with a thermosetting resin. The resin compound 3 is obtained by adding the low-density particle 3a with 0.001 to 0.4 bulk specific gravity in such a way that the volume content of the low-density particle 3a is 10 to 23 Vt% to the resin compound 3 and the viscosity of the compound 3 is 10 to 260 P.
