PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic storage device which can suppress external magnetic field (magnetism) from being applied into the inside of apparatus by utilizing a conductive part of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The magnetic storage device 1 is provided with a silicon substrate 5 mounted on a die pad 3, an element forming part 6 including a magnetic storage element formed on the main surface of the silicon substrate 5, a mold package 2 surrounding the silicon substrate 5, and a lead 4 which is mounted to the mold package 2 and is formed at least in a part of a material having the magnetic shielding function.
