PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a nonaqueous secondary battery for suppressing an influence on the battery depending on a manufacturing atmosphere. SOLUTION: A battery case 2 and 5 have a liquid filling port having a communicating hole 7 to fill an electrolytic solution. The manufacturing method comprises a step of filling the electrolytic solution; a step of conditioning by disposing, inside the hole 7, a non-return valve 8 capable of exhausting outward a gas generated from a power generation element; and a step of air-tightly fusing the hole 7 with an air-tight fusing part 7a. That is, the gas generated inside a housing part can be released while preventing the gas from the outside from flowing into the housing part during conditioning the battery. Since the gas is generated from the inside of the housing part and inner pressure becomes high during conditioning the battery, even a simple non-return valve can effectively prevent moisture from flowing inside the housing part. After this, the hole 7 of the filling port is air-tightly fused, so that penetration of the moisture can be effectively suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
