<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center valve type hydraulic master cylinder capable of enhancing the assemblability of a stopper pin and reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic chamber 8 is demarcated between a front shaft 6a of a primary piston 6 and a bottom side of a cylinder hole 3, and a stem hole 6d is formed on the axis of the front shaft 6a. A liquid supply chamber 12 is provided around a rear shaft 6b of the primary piston 6, a communication hole 6e to communicate the stem hole 6d with the liquid supply chamber 12 is formed in the rear shaft 6b, and a valve stem 9a is passed through the stem hole 6d. A stopper pin 13 abutted on a rear end of the valve stem is arranged inside the communication hole, the length of the stopper pin 13 is set to be slightly shorter than the inside diameter of the cylinder hole 3, and both end faces thereof are formed slidable on an inner wall surface of the cylinder hole 3. A coil spring 23 to urge the stopper pin 13 backward is arranged between a front part of the stopper pin 13 protruded in the liquid supply chamber 12 and the front shaft 6a, and a regulating member 24 which is abutted on both ends of the stopper pin 13 to regulate the retraction limit of the stopper pin 13 is arranged on a front face of a piston guide 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
