PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a magnet to a rotor iron core without using an adhesive agent and to easily prevent separation of the magnet at a low cost, in a rotor structure constituted of a rotor iron core and a magnet. SOLUTION: In an inner rotor type rotor structure arranged with a stator having drive coils wound externally, and with a rotor having magnets arranged internally; the magnets are arranged to magnet setting portions provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor iron core. Alternatively, in an outer rotor type rotor structure arranged with a stator having drive coils wound internally, and with a rotor having magnets arranged externally; the magnets are arranged to magnet setting portions provided on the inner peripheral surface of the rotor iron core. Thus, magnet fixing members such as wires, fixing plates, pins or the like are engaged with the rotor iron core or the magnets to fix the magnets. Alternatively, the magnet fixing members are made to project from an envelop connecting the outermost peripheral part of the magnets. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
