PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, high-luminance night light display device which accumulates solar light in the daytime and illuminates in the nighttime, which is simple and has high luminance without using any electric power. SOLUTION: What is called a light converging sheet and a light accumulative material which are molded or formed in a pleats shape are combined together and the stimulation wavelength of a fluorescent agent kneaded in the light converging sheet is equalized to the light emission wavelength of a phosphorescent agent to increase the area of the light converging sheet, i.e. the area of the phosphorescent agent as compared with solar light incidence area because of the molding or formation into the pleats shape. Further, the area (cross section) of an end surface of the light converging sheet is much less than the sheet area.
