PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organophotoreceptor which prevents occurrence of image defects such as black spots attributed to an organophotoreceptor used in an electrophotographic system image forming apparatus, causes neither fogging nor lowering of image density, and gives an image with good sharpness, and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus using the organophotoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the organophotoreceptor having at least an intermediate layer and a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, the intermediate layer contains a cured resin formed by reacting a reactive resin having a hydroxyalkyl group, and an aldehyde compound content of the organophotoreceptor is≤1,000 ppm.
