PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration and mechanism to prevent unauthorized unsealing and to make a sticker hardly restickable after unauthorized peeling, to apply a simple configuration to enable simple identification of the fact of the unsealing from its appearance, and to solve the problems that, when the sticky label stuck to a sticking object is unsealed or illegally peeled, the fracture point of the sticker due to the unsealing or unauthorized peeling of the stuck label remains on the object to be stuck. SOLUTION: The sticky label 1 is so constituted that, when the sticky label is unsealed or peeled from the object to be stuck, the sticky label is subjected to the occurrence of the fracture point of the paper quality material 6 of the sticky label 1 by the compound action of a weak adhesive 5 and paper quality material 6 and cuts 3 to the uncut part 4 of the sticky label 1 and the fact of the peeling can be easily discriminated from the appearance.
