PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the installation structure of a box for housing an electrical apparatus by which a space between the main body of the box and a temporary frame can be easily filled up with mortar, since the opening surface of the main body of the box can be uniformly adjusted to the wall surface regardless of the depth of the temporary frame caved in the concrete wall surface, and a frame can be installed on the main body of the box with one type of mounting screws since the distance between the main body of the box and an installation portion of the frame can be kept constant. SOLUTION: The box 1 for housing an electrical apparatus is fixed to the temporary frame 6 caved in the wall surface 5 via mounts 7 which are prepared in both upper and lower parts on right and left side faces 2b and each of which has an adjustment mechanism for enabling the displacement of the main body 2 of the box in the depth direction. Each of the mounts 7 is composed of a support body 8 installed on the outer surface of the main body 2 of the box, an adjuster bolt 9 which is supported on the support 8 so that it can be rotated around the depth direction of the main body 2 of the box as an axis, and a fixing body 10 with its one end fixed to the back surface 6a of the temporary frame 6 and the other end screwed to the adjuster bolt 9.
