摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always conduct high precision convergence measurement by correcting variation in real time even if measurement error resulting from structure of a color camera varies. SOLUTION: One or more light-emitting means 8 for emitting a spectral including wave length elements of red, blue and green are provided around a color display device 6 to be measured and an image display surface of the color display device 6 and the light emitting means 8 are pictured by a picturing means 9 simultaneously. An image processing means 10 conducts an image processing of an image pictured by the picturing means 9, and calculates a convergence measurement value at one or more arbitral positions in the image display surface of the color display device 6, and a convergence measurement value of a light-emitting means 8. A correction value calculation means 11 calculates a first correction value from the convergence value of the light-emitting means 8.
