PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with a cooler having simple and compact construction for cooling a display panel having a larger display portion. SOLUTION: The cooler 20 has grooves 21G, 11G continuously formed ranging from a cooling region 30 to a radiating region 40. It comprises a heat transfer medium sealing substrate 21 and a drive panel 11, and a seal pattern 22 provided between the heat transfer medium sealing substrate 21 and the drive panel 11. A flow path 23 is formed between the heat transfer medium sealing substrate 21 and the drive panel 11 so that a heat transfer medium 24 sealed in the flow path 23 circulates between the cooling region 30 and the radiating region 40 while absorbing heat from the display panel 10.
