PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiant heating device realizing low running costs and enhancing usability. SOLUTION: This radiant heating device comprises an energy release means 9 for emitting a heat ray and visible ray and a radiant part 12 characterized by permeation and release of the heat ray and reflection of the visible ray from a direction opposing to the emitted heat ray. The heat ray (infrared ray) can be radiated with respect to a face surface. Without requiring hot water circulation or the like, clouding of a mirror surface can be prevented by self-heating by radiation energy and energy loss at the time of permeation into the radiant part 12.
