PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a fastening tool in a wooden building capable of securing reaction force and displacement quantity sufficient for a spring, and capable of maintaining fastening strength for a long term even when contraction of wood is advanced. SOLUTION: This fastening tool in the wooden building comprises a spring part 1 and a washer part 2. A rectangular spring steel material is used as a raw material for the spring part, an insertion hole 3 for a bolt X is provided on a plane central part of the spring steel material, a part of an edge of the insertion hole is cut, a fastening part 4 for a nut Y is formed, both ends of the spring steel material are a little bent, locking parts 5 are formed, and portions near the both ends are bent downward and semicircular curve parts 6 are respectively formed. A rectangular metal plate is used as a raw material for the washer, an insertion hole 3a for the bolt is provided on a plane central part of the washer, and locking grooves 7 to be locked to the locking parts formed on the both ends of the spring steel material are provided respectively.
